The Illustration demonstrates the cycle involves in manufacturing bricks for the construction industry.
Overall, the process includes seven phases from the beginning to the end.
To begin with, soil is collected form the clay with the help of a yellow equipment called digger. Then the raw soil is placed into a grid made of metal for the filtering. In addition, a roller is used to roll the filtered soil. After that, the sand is mixed with water and rectangular shape of bricks are made by using a wire cutter or a mould. In the next step the brick cakes are kept in an oven till 2 days for drying. The dried materials then go through kilns and a cooling chamber in different temperatures. Firstly, in a moderate weather at 200 to 980 degree and consequently in another environment of high temperature of 870 to 1300 degree. Following that, the heated bricks are stored in the cooling chamber for another 2 to 3 more days. When the brick pieces are cooled down, they are made for the packaging. And finally, the end products are delivered by a carrier lorry or van.
