The diagram gives information about how bricks for constructed purposes are manufactured.
In general, there are totals of 7 stages, beginning with digging clay and finally, delivery to consumption. It can be seen that the whole process is entirely by machine.
At the beginning of the process, the clay is dug out of the ground by a large crane truck. Next, clay is put into a metal grid to filter before being moved by a roller, which is under the grid. In this stage, clay is broken into small chunks before mixing with sand and water. This mixture is put in the shaped mold or cut by a wire cutter to make well-shaped bricks.
In the drying process, it takes bricks 24-48 hours to dry. After that, The dried bricks are then heated in a kiln, first at a moderate temperature (200 to 980 degrees), then at a high temperature up to 1300 degrees. After cooling in the chamber, brick products are packaged and transported by lorry to different places.
