The layouts given represent changes that have taken place at West Park Secondary School after it was constructed in 1950.
Overall, we can see that there has been a significant change in the layout of school. In 1980, houses were removed and their space was allocated for Science block and Car park. Farmland, which was behind houses in 1950 was converted into Sports field. The school was divided into two sections, the Main building and Science block respectively.
In comparison with 1980, overall layout of school changed a bit in 2010. The space that was reserved for playground in 1980 was divided and a part of it was allocated to Sports field. The original space for Sports field was now reserved for Car park. On the other hand, locations of Main building of school and science park remained unchanged in 2010 as compared to that of 1980.
