The illustration depicts the various steps in which chocolate is manufactured.
Overall, it is clear that the production of chocolate includes ten stages, beginning with growing and harvesting red pods cacao and ending with producing chocolate liqueur.
Firstly, cacao trees are native to South America Africa, Indonesia and then they tend towards red harvested and taken from white beans. In the next step for fermentation, those are dehydrated under the hot sun. After that, they are packed in large sacks before being delivered to the factory with the help of trucks or lorries.
Regarding the eighth step, beans are roasted at a high temperate (350 Celcius degree) in a drying oven. Next, those are crushed with a view to getting rid of the outer shell. This is followed by the stage in which chocolate liqueur is made thanks to pressing inner part and finally they are used to mix with other products to take to the market.
