The given pictorial reveals that the five stages from mixing ingredients to filterlisation in the production of soft cheese.

Initially, it is a vividly apparent that the water and milk is mixing in the mixer then, this mixture is sent from the cooling process. Before, adding the salt in this mixture it is cooled at 5* Celsius for 2 hours. In the next step, the mixture is breakdown through the fermentated process at 35 degree Celsius for 2 hours.

In the Fourth Stage, the material is evaporated for 8 hours at 300* Celsius . The steam is allowed to escape throughout the outlet. In the last stage , the material again cooled at 5 * Celsius for 8 hours . Finally, the waste water is filtered through the bottom outlet and the soft cheese is collected in the upper filter.

Overall, it is clearly seen that the process of making soft cheese is very complicated and, all steps are essential to make the cheese.
