The diagram shows the process of producing smoked fish
The graph illustrates the procedure of making smoked fish. There are fourteen steps in the process of smoked fish, begin with collecting fish and end with delivering smoked fish to fish shops for sell.
The first step of the process is fish handling, the preliminary process of raw fishes, which mean, when all the fresh fishes after caught and transported need to freeze in the port, This primary treatment process is followed by the defrost of fish product. Next, the whole pool of fishes are being cut open, so as to be soaked in salt water and yellow coloring to spice up.
After brining, fish is smoked, followed by the suspension of them to dry. At the ninth steps of the route, fishes are put in a can, which are then being freeze at 0 degree. Before putting it in the container for distribution and deliver to customers by truck, fishes remained in the cold store.
