The diagrams below show the design for a wave energy machine and its location Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The first picture delineates detailed design of a wave-energy machine, whereas the second pictures depicts how placing of the machine has significantly impacts the energy output.

Overall, a wave-energy machine produces electricity using waves created by vacillating water . Location plays very pivotal role in producing electricity, where distance from the shore is directly proportional to the productivity of the device.

A wave-energy machine, which designed to produce electricity, is mainly comprised of an electricity generator, an upper chamber, and a lower chamber. The machine is placed in such a way that wave is directed towards the lower chamber of the machine, creating air bubbles which are later fed into upper chamber through holes. Also, air is pumped into upper chamber to run the turbine, which is connected to the electricity generator.

Based on the requirement, two types of installation is preferred, where in first type, supremely productive machine with immense cost of installation, and in the second type, reduced productivity with inexpensive installation expenditure.
