The given process illustrates the journey of cotton t-shirts that passes through different stages such as production, consumption, and disposal.

Overall, it is a time-consuming and complex process. The intervention of human is indispensable for the completion of the entire cycle of cotton t-shirts.

To begin with, the cotton is harvested on a large scale and is picked by a cotton picker. Then, it is sent to a place for the conversion into the bales. After that, those bales are transported by lorry to the manufactures for the next stage. Later, those bales are threaded and weaved into a piece of fabric before getting transformed into a finished product. Since the fabric is colourless, the treatment of colour is a prerequisite before designing. After the colouring of fabric, the same is pushed for cutting and sewing. Once they are turned to the finished products, they are moved towards packaging according to the demand of a seller.

At last, those packages are dispatched to a shop for consumption. The consumers buy those t-shirts as per their choice and wear them. After their usage, they are directed towards disposal in different forms. Although there are varied ways of disposal, the best way is recycling.
