The diagrams below show the main reasons workers chose to work from home and the hours males and females worked at home for the year 2019 Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The diagrams represent the predominant causes why employers believe in work from home and the number of working hours of both the genders in working year 2019

In the first diagram, it has observed that most of the individuals preferred work from home owing to save money. There was a small difference in the proportion of males and females that was about 3% only. Furthermore, 24% of males and 11% of females believed in online work Because they thought it more productive. Whereas, the ratio of males and females who choosed online work due to easier child care was 4% and 26% respectively.

Secondly, in the second diagram, it has manifested that there had been a lot of difference in the percentile of males and females that is 3% and 74% sequentially, who did work under 10 hours per week. Whilst the ratio of both the males and females who operated from 10 to 30 hours per week was about the One-fifth of hundred. Moreover, there was 81% males and 6% females who worked over 30 hours per week.

Over all, it is obvious from the diagrams that the majority of masses pick the work from home due to save money and most of males worked over 30 hours per week and females under 10 hours per week.
