Essay topics:

The diagrams below show the present building of a college and the plan for changes to the college site in the future . Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

These Comparison graphs compare the current outline of a college building with a plan to redesign the same building in 2020.
According to the graphs Many changes will be applied in order to refurbish the current building, including locations of entrance, library and reception. However, some parts of the college will not change and remain in the same locations such as bus stop, lunch area and car park.
Having looked the given graphs, we can easily find out that the most visible change to the current building will be the reception area. Reception which is in the right side of the building will be replaced with toilets and toilets will be constructed in the upper side of the building instead of entrance. By replacing the library with one of the classrooms in the left side of the building, most classroom will be on the right side of the college.
In the northern part of the building, garden and footpath will be removed and in entrance section will be installed in the southern part of of the building. This way, a shop will be constructed in the north of building which is not in the map now. Also, the car park area will be more spacious by removing footpath. It is clear that lunch area as well as bus stop will not change at all.
