the diagrams below show the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The illustration presents an equipment used for making cement, its production process, as well as the proportion of components used to make concretes for construction.
In producing cement, there are four stages to be done. The first step is the crushing of limestone and clay by passing it in two cylindrical rollers until it is pulverized. The pulverized powder is then passed through a mixer and goes down to a rotating heater where the mixed powder is heated slowly. When the heating process is done, the now cooked powder is placed in a grinder which will make it into a semi-finished cement. After the accumulated cement powder is enough for the desired commercial weight, it is then packed into individual sacks ready for purchase.
Using cement for making concrete is a complex process where there are certain proportions to adhere. The ratio is a 15% quantity of cement, 25% sand, and 50% gravel. These 3 components are then combined with 10% water and are mixed together in a concrete mixer.
