A glance at the first diagram provided illustrates the procedure of making cement of limestone, while the second diagram shows how to make cement to be ready for building.
Overall, there are seven stages in total and there are a variety of materials included in the whole procedure.
To begin with, limestone and clay must be mixed together and go through a crusher. After being ground into powder, they have to be mixed more completely. Next, the material produced needs to be heated by a rotating heater in order to become cement. Before that, a final stage must not to be missed which is going through a grinder so that the grains can be tinier.
To produce concrete, water, sands and gravels must be added into the cement made. At last, all the aforementioned materials need to be entirely mixed up by a concrete mixer. After mixing for a while, the original limestone and clay would be processed and become concrete for construction.
