The pictures give information about how cement is made and how it is used for concrete production.
Overall, it can be seen that there are five stages in the process of making cement, starting from crushing the materials and finishing with bagging the product. A lot of tools are used for these stages, while only a concrete mixer is needed to create concrete.
At the first stage of cement production, limestone and clay are crushed to become the powder. This this powder is combined in the mixers tools before passing through a rotating heater which has heat applied one end of the tube. In the next stage, this cement is ground before packing in the bags.
It is also shown diagram about concrete production. There are four ingredients to make it. The main ingredient is gravel which accounts for 50% the total, while the figure for sand just is a quarter at the ingredients. Besides, water and cement stand at 10% and 15% respectively. These ingredients are combined in a concrete mixer to form concrete which is the final product if the process.
