Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with a factory near to my home. Please allow me to elaborate my concern.

Recently I could not help myself noticing that "ABC Shoes" is using machinery that is immensely loud at night. I had a talk with factory manager and made him aware of my problem. However, he mentioned that the factory has recently undergone a major upgrade of machinery and nothing can be done about it. This is not a satisfactory answer to my request.

As a result, my family and I have started experiencing health issues as we are not able to sleep properly. Furthermore, it has also impacted negatively on my kids’ education.

Therefore, as you can understand this is quite a serious problem, I would request you to please resolve this as soon as possible. Perhaps you can ask the factory manager to not use new machinery at night until the issue is permanently resolved.
