The presented diagram shows different steps of cement-making and concrete production for the building industry. As is observed, the process of cement manufacturing passes through eight distinct stages. The product is then mixed with three other ingredients for making concrete.
To begin, the combination of limestone and clay is prepared. After putting through a crusher, the mess is minced into powder. Next, it is transferred to the mixer and then the product has to undergo the heating process on the rolating heater. When this stage is completed, the resulting mixture needs to be ground by the grinder before turning into standard cement. At the end of this process, the cement is packaged and delivered to the facilities for making concrete.
When the four components are prepared enough include 15% of cement, 10% of water, 25% of sand, and 50% of small stones which is commonly called gravel, all of them will be put through the concrete mixer. The product will become final concrete which is used for the building industry.
