The flowchart below shows the process involved in completing the work experience requirement for university students Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The flowchart describes about the steps that takes place in order to complete work experience requirement, therefore points will be given to student when they finally submit.

Overall, the procedure is a 6 step procedure starting with application filling and ending with making a final report.

In the beginning, the student needed to select the interested workplace from the list provided and arrange interview. Later he need to submit the form to the place he finds potential. Second step is about acceptance from site of work. After the letter of approval is obtained then student must get the approval of professor. Afterwards he/ she should schedule the time and work for 10 hours which is highest limit for above 20 weeks.

Coming to fourth step, trainee should send weekly report form to the teacher after filling it. Furthermore in the ending weeks they should join evaluation meet with the higher officials and the officer above should give an evaluation form. Finally, the final report of the work experience program must be submitted before final week of spring term.
