The following bar chart shows the different modes of transport used to travel to and from work in one European city in 1960, 1980 and 2000.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The charts demonstrate that how much variation in annual expenditure made by local leaders in some land in 1980, 1990 and 2000.

Overall, It is viewed that , a huge amount of treasurer was spent on higher education in the recorded years. Whereas, the least expenditure was made on environment and other services in 1980.

To begin, about 35% of expenditure was on higher education, which was increased by 10% in 1990 and eventually, accounted for 40% in 2000. While, roughly a quatar expenditure was made on K-12 which was dropped to 20% and 18% in 2000. On the contrary, in 1980, the lowest amount of money spent on environment services but it was increased and reached to 5% and 9% in 1990 and 2000 respectively.

Almost equal amount of money was spent on health services and transportation in 1980. Whilst, in 1990, the amount spent on transportation decreased by 10% and increased by 6% in health services. But, this follow the opposite pattern in 2000. About 6% expenditure made on other services which was consistently declined in 1990 and 2000.
