From basic observation, the number of mobile phone services and international fixed-line services improved remarkably by contrast, the number of national fixed-line services declined significant from 2001 to 2010.

Starting at $700, the number domestic land line was the most spending on mobile phone, following by the international fixed-line services, and the lowest is the national land line in 2001. The number national fixed-line services slipped steadily back $200 from 2001 to 2006. There was a significant increase of $300 in the international land line services from 2001 to 2006. Before leading remarkably, from 2001 to 2006, the number of mobile phone services reached a plateau.

With a reference to the number of the cell phone and domestic land line services have to $500 and the number of international land line services have to $300 in 2006. The number of mobile phone services touched the highest point between 2006 to 2010. The number of national land line witnessed a significant decrease of 100 from 2006 to 2010. The number of international fixed-line services did not change from 2006 to 2010.
