As is obsevered from the graph, Car park which is located on the conert of left side is expected to deconstruct and make away for Theatre. Similarly, one being on the corner of the right hand has proposed to transformed into Hotel and restaurant. It is interesting to note that Council office has moved to alter for exhibition hall that recently is situated on the below of car park. Following the plan, exhition hall will make alternation for library that currently being on the right of council. Furthermore, Afer movement of council, this place will be enlarged and converted into open park and underground car park. It is prominent that Concert Hall being between 2 car parks in the existing map will still be the same place. Resembly, shopping centre next the car park will not change in the future project. 3 streets namely D.S , B.S, C.S will be main streets in the civic centre.
