Looking first at the graph, after the purchase of only 20 million vehicles had been recorded in the year of 2000 in the UK, the following 10 years witnessed a progressive increase to 35 million and is predicted to experienced a rising shift reaching around 2020 by 2020.
Regarding the bar chart, the amount of CO2 emitted by cars has always been the highest among 4 vehicles.Starting with 20 tons, its figure rose gradually through time to 22 tons in 2010 and will end up with 25 ton in 2020. Buses and vans are likely to sustain a whole 20 year period of stability at around 8 million and 15 million whereas trucks share a similar upward movement with cars but less significant, from nearly 15 million to over 20 million in the year of 2020 supposingly.
