Next, this figure moderately fall during 1940 to reach a through of 5 in 1945, but then peaking at 15 in 1950. This proportion gradually dropped over the period to finish at approximately 7 in 2000.
In contrast, China saw a dramatic declined to 5 in 1940, a little bit higher than the USA, and remained stable at this rate during 1945. Next, this ratio reached a high of 20 in 1950 and collapsed significantly over the period to hit a low of 25 in 1980 and then fluctuating for the remainder of the period.
