The graph below shows changes in the percentage of households with cars in one European country between 1971 and 2001

The chart represents the information about how percentage of households owning cars had changed during 30 years in a particular country in Europe.
Undoubtedly, while the number of families who did not have cars decreased, those who demanded more than one car moved forward.

Looking in the charts for more details it is clear that at the beginning there was an enormous amount of individuals who did not use cars, almost 47% in 1971. However, the average number of locals or rather 35% used one automobile, and 25% more than two. After 10 years period one car and two car owners slightly rosen by approximately 5%, households without cars steadily declined by nearly 7%.

Car ownership for the last 20 years continued running, in the first part they plunged for 5% and then significantly climbed for 10% by reaching their maximum. These years no car owning slowly plummeted until below 30%. Reversing it despite the fact that in 1991 there was the highest share of car owners, this figure dropped to 25%.
