Since 2002, it has a gradual increase in usage to 50% and levelling off to 55% by 2004.The usage in workplace began with almost 29% in 1998 and has been static until 2002. By 2004, there seems to be a sudden downhill of around 18% in the usage at workplace.
The usage has seen a marginal increase in the percentage from 20% to 25% in 2002, followed by a slight decrease in usage to only 19% in 2004. In library, the usage has almost been constant since 1998 and culminated at 19% in the year 2000.
