The table compares how many grams of 4 certain kinds of food (chicken, beef, lamb, fish) are eaten per person per week from 1979 to 2004
Overall, it can be seen that the number of grams of chicken consumed grew steadily throughout years. Whereas, beef and lamb experienced a downward trend
in terms of chicken and fish, about 150 grams of chicken was eaten per person per week in 1979. This figure peeaked at approximately 250 grams at the final period, while the number of fish eaten remained relatively stable (around 50 grams) in the 25-year period
On the other hand, the figure of lamb had the same start with chicken (slightly near 150 grams), but it decreased gradually and reached the lowest point (just over 50 grams). Despite minor flutuations, the number of lamb consumed per person per week decreased dramaticallly between 1987 and 2004 (about 225 and 110 respectively)
