Overall, it is palpable that the officer was able to come to know about the maximum number of enquiries through the person, compared with the letter and telephone.
Initially, above 400 enquiries were received through individual which were increased gradually and become 800 on march. After 3 months, it rose to all round 1900 which were 3 times more than those enquiries which posted through the telephone.
Analysing further, the range of investigations started near to 800 through letter and telephone but eventually, the enquiries especially through letter gradually declined and reached upto a least number (400) on June, whereas throughout six months, after the person, telephone became able to elevate the range of enquiries.
