The given line graph illustrates the number of tourists who had been visiting a specific Caribbean Island in seven years, from 2010 to 2017.The data is calibrated in millions.

Overall, the number of tourists staying on Cruise ships followed the similar pattern, an overall rising trends, as visitors on Island. However, the total population of visitors experienced an ever rising trend.

At first glance, it appears that in 2010,the number of visitors on Island was three times of visitors staying on Cruise Ships. The number of travellers spending time on Cruise ships showed a peak in 2011 and then decreased,and further, there was a gradual increase before reaching 2 million in 2017. While on Island, the count got freezed at 250 thousand visitors until 2011. Then, it hovered between 0.75and 1.5 million people over the subsequent two years;however, there was again a leveled off in between 2013 and 2015. Afterwards, it reached a fall of 1.25 million visitors and finally, came back to initial tourists' population.

Further scrutinising the graph, the total number of tourists lay between 1 and 2 million from 2010 and 2013,and became double within next three years. After a spike of 2.5 lakh travellers, it reached a plateau for two years. In 2016,there was a significant incline of 750000 visitors from 2750000 in 2016 to 3500000 in 2017.
