In the rural, it is shorter than in the urban/suburban. And it is high stronger in 2000 to 2004. In this time, technology appeared at work so people need internet to work faster and better. In the urban and suburban, internet appeared earlier and stronger in 1999 to 2001 and slower then. Internet not only use as a work, but also people here use internet to relax like playing computer game or listening to music.
