The graph below shows a typical American and a Japanese office Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and comparisons where relevant

Given are the two layouts comparing a typical office in Japan and America.
Perceptibly, the office setups in Japan and America are diametrically different. With a communal work environment for subordinates and supervisors is preferred in the Japanese culture for the former and simplicity is reflected in the American style which emphasizes more private space for both office clerks and managerial staff.
In Japan, tables of members in the same team are placed together to facilitate group discussions, forming two large areas, each of which is overseen by the section manager on one end. Heading north, the working station of the Japanese department manager directly faces the shared space, offering an overall view to monitoring all the activities in the office. In the same north, there is only one window in this structure, meanwhile, the American office enjoys two windows on either side which are east and west.
Regarding the American office, the working spaces of the management team including two section managers and one department manager are located separately with partitions on the East side of the American office. The middle of the room, there is divided into 8 separate cubicles with high walls to minimize distractions. While space on the west side of the office in America is equipped with a printer copier and storage, there are no such facilities in the Japanese office. Furthermore, on the western side, there are two conference rooms to discuss as well as meet together or avoid disturbance.
