In terms of chemicals industry, ground water demand about 430 million of cubic metres on this opposed to the public supply at 240 million of cubic metres. Similarly, the ground water consumption higer in metal indusrty than public supply ( 240 million m3 and 90 million m3 respectively). In the respect of paper industry, ground water utilisation (190 million m3) is over hexadrupled that of public supply, which is only 20 million m3.

On the other hand, the amount of water consumption out on the remaining industry is higer in public supply. 190 million m3 of water is consumed by food/drink industry which is slightly more than soil water 110 million m3. Machinery manufactory reqiueres public water decuple than ground water ( 100 million m3 and 10 million m3 respectively).
