The given graph illustrate the percentage of members by their gender in acdemics section in year 2012.
overall, the give picture shows the numbers of teachers in 7 different subjects including arts,bussiness, education, engineering, law, medicine and science throungh out the given period.
To start with Engineering male staf was almost 82% where female staff was 3 times lower in figures education has more female staff as compered to male staff and the numbers was almost 67% and 22% science was the third department with most number of people which was almost of in female staff as compered to education and more then double in male figure.
in addion, law was the fourth and medice was on fifth in numbers where female staff in law recorded near 60% and medicine has recorded 50% but there was a little bit difference in male staff in both fields of only 20% while bussiness has the second highest number of male staff after engineering and almost same female staff in figure with science and art is the only area where both staffs were alomst same through out the time.
