It can be seen in the first chart that the percentage of computer owners in the given period was extremely high, which was never under 58%. In 2002, nearly 60% of the total population have their own computers. The proportion continued rising steadily until it reached about 77% in the next 8 years.
In the second chart, it is clear that the percentage of people who are at a higher level of education was always greater than the inferior ones. Besides, the figure for the people who have no high school diploma experienced the sharpest change, surged from about 15% to over 40% from 2002 to 2010. At the same time, the figure for people have postgraduate qualifications was the highest, rising from about 75% to nearly 100%. The figure for high school graduates, college students, and people who have bachelor's degrees were around 40%, 55%, and 70% in 2002 and all climbed to nearly 70%, 85%, and 95% respectively in 2012.
