Firstly, below half of the population had a computer in the year of 2002, though in 2010 almost three out of four people had a computer in the home.
Further analysis with the educational level in relation to the computer ownership shows same proportion of growth. Where 15 percentage of high school no diploma students had a computer in 2002 but it trebled in 2010. While high school graduate students ownership has risen from 35% to 65% in 2002 and 2010. Incomplete college students computer ownership slightly went up from 2002 to 2010 by 40%. 905 to 95% percentage of computer ownership had by both graduate and postgraduate in the year of 2010 it is 20 percentage higher than 2002.
In conclusion, growth in computer ownership has been seen in recent decades.
