IELTS WRITING TASK 1. DESCRIBE THE DIAGRAM
The diagram illustrated forested land in millions of hectares in six continants of the world in 15 years, from 1990 to 2005.
Overall , the forested land in these different parts exprienced three trends : stablity , increasing and decreasing.
First and foremost , Europe was the only one area where has increased trend. It became higher and higher in the table. Europe kept the top all 15 years. In the past , the number of forests in this continant was more and more expanded. In addition, this place was the highest level with 1,001,000 hectares in 2005. Secondly , Africa and South America were 2 places where were declined forest land. Lastly, North America and Oceania didn't have too much chance for 15 years. They weren't nosedive or increase dramatically and constantly. Oceania got its lowest level in 2005 and it was also become the most plummeted forest area all over the world. In general , the forested land of these places were change very slowly.
