The illustration show how chocolate is produced.

Essay topics:

The illustration show how chocolate is produced.

Illustrated by the diagram is the process of producing chocolate. Overall, it is immediately apparent that the procedure of chocolate manufacture is comprised ten stages. It begins with growing cacao tree and ends when the inner part of beans is pressed.

As seen on the diagram, the process commences when cacao tree is planted in South America, Africa as well as Indonesia followed by harvesting ripe red pods. Next, only after white cocoa beans are taken out from the pods, will such beans be fermented. During the fourth stage, the fermented beans are laid out on a large flat container put under the sun in order that they could dry. Once this stage has been complete, the beans are poured onto large sacks then delivered to the factory by means of train or lorry. In the stage that follows, the beans are roasted at the temperature of 350 degree, after which they are crushed by machine for the sake of removing their outer shell. The final stage is when beans inner part is pressed and then liquid chocolate is produced.
