The illustrations show how chocolate is produced.
The diagram illustrates the process of making chocolate.
Overall, there are ten main steps in the process of chocolate producing, beginning with growing cacao trees in America, Arica and Indonesia and ending with the liquid chocolate produced.
In the first stage of the process, cacao trees are grown in America, Arica and Indonesia. When the pods are ripe and rod, they are harvested and the white cocoa beans are removed. After being fermented, they are spread out on a tray so they can dry in the sun.
In the next stage of the process, they are put in large sacks and taken to the factory on a train or a lorry. They are roasted at a temperature of 350 degrees. After that, they are crushed and separated from outer shell. In the final stage, inner part is pressed and the chocolate is produced.
