The chart compares the proportion of consumption of five items in Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Turkey in 2002
In general, In five nations, people spent more money on Food/Drink/Tobacco than Clothing/Footwear and Leisure/Education.
In 2002, Food/Drink/Tobacco made the biggest contribution to the rate of expenditure in five countries with the highest usage were 28.91% and 32.14% in Ireland and Turkey. On the other hand, the figures for Clothing/Footwear were significant smaller in five countries, it was 9% in Italy and around 6% in other nations. In the same way Leisure/Education experienced the least number of spending with under 5% in terms of countries, with the lowest proportion was under 2% in Spain and the highest was 4.35% in Turkey
