Inspite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry. Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem?
Nowadays, due to the development of technology and science, people have reached many achievements in agriculture. However, there are still hunger situations in many areas. The essay will present the reasons and the solutions to this issue.
There are some justifications for the problems mentioned. The difference between the technology and infrastructure status in these areas and the others does not provide enough conditions for the cultivation activities to become more effective. Moreover, there are a large gap in people’s knowledge between these areas and the rest. People in there do not have knowledge and experience enough, do not get access to modern machines and technique, therefore, do not have ability to contribute to the development of agriculture. Most importantly, the political statement in some areas, such as Syria, Afghanistan and so on are not stable. Many developed countries like America, Russia, etc. have intervened in these countries which lead to many wars and violence in these nations. As a result, people in there have to spend their time to hide and survive instead of focusing on developing in agriculture.
For all explanation presented above, there are some following remedies for this predicament. Firstly, many aiding and communication campaign should be implemented to raise the awareness of people around the world to support food, technologies and even human resources. Next, education aid need making in these areas for people to acknowledge and get access to modern technique and machines. Last but not least, developed countries need to boost the process of reaching agreement to pay back the peace to people who deserve it as human rights.
In conclusion, many causes have impact on the development of agriculture in some areas resulting the starvation in there. Even it may take a long time to resolve, many actions should be taken to gain achievement as soon as possible.
