My name is Mark Johnson, I was a passenger in the 6E-129 flight to Sydney on the 25th July 2020 08:40 AM. I am writing this letter to inform you that I have left my bag at the baggage claim and I'd like to collect it next week.
I usually only carry a cabin trolley with me on travels. This time, however, I was meeting my cousins after a long time and was carrying gifts in another bag which was supposed to be collected from the baggage claim on arrival at the Sydney Airport and due to a force of habit, I completely forgot to collect the bag and simply left for my hotel. Only after reaching the hotel, I realised that I have forgotten my bag at the airport. It is a black trolley, about 24 inches diagonally and a label with my name on it. The bag has been marked with a "handle with care" tag at the departure airport due to the delicate nature of contents inside the bag.
I request to keep my bag available at the airport security for me to collect it on Monday, at around 9 AM. I will carry my passport for identification. Also, please be careful as the contents in the bag are made of glass and can break on rough handling.
