The need for steel and how many people worked in this field from January to December are illustrated in the line graph. Overall, the level of employment and demand fluctuated, whilst the rate of producing steel decreased rapidly at the end of the year.
In the first three months, employment and production rate overcame the need for steel with 5000 to 3000 workers and 4000 to about 3900tonnes steel production. In April, the number of products and job hiring increased in a very low amount until August, while the actual demand was fluctuated, but increased about 100tonnes. From August to December, these three aspects showed the lowest points with 980tonnes product and 1000 workers in December; 0tonne demand for steel in November.
