In 1999, about 30 percent of people using internet in usa. In the same year, canada had around 20% users and the amount of mexican using internet were lower than that of Canadian. Four years later,the proportion of internet users in Cancada overtook American users as the most users among three countries.
From 1999 to 2009, the percentage of canada who used the internet increased dramatically and reached a peak of 90% users. By contrast, the proportion of mexican users started with under 10% in 1999 and rose only 40 percent of users for the rest of the period.
