The given graph illustrates how many citizens of Iran, Greece and Turkey became students of the University of Sheffield over the five years period from 2005 and 2009.
It is clearly seen that the number of Greeks was the highest in the beginning among given countries falling to the lowest value at the end of given time interval. On the other hand, the number of students from Iran and Turkey rose considerably.
The number of Iranians and Turkish students stood at 20 and about 39 people in 2005, respectively. Then both groups experienced a gradual increase over the entire period, after which Iran reached 140, whereas Turkey achieved more than 120 students.
Meanwhile, there were almost 180 Greeks in the first year of the reported period. Over the next two years, the number of them diminished significantly and leveled off at around 70 students in 2007, when Turkish citizens overcome Greeks. In the last year there was a sharp fall, hitting the bottom of just above 40 students.
