Overall, during 1999 to 2009 the percentage of internet users in three countries gravitate to escalate significantly. In 1999 to 2000, United States was positioned as the highest of internet user percentage. However, since 2003 to 2009 that first position was changed by canada. On the other hand, for a decade mexico is the lowest internet user percentage than the others.
Furthermore, during 2003 to 2005 the number of internet user in canada tend to increase slightly, albeit from 2005 to 2009 it gravitate to increase sharply. In contrast, even though since 2005 to 2009 the number of internet user in United States gravitate to boost expand too, albeit it just changed steadily. In term of mexico, the number of internet user boosted significantly since 2001 to 2005, albeit from 2005 to 2009 it increased slowly.
