As to Internet users in Mexico, beginning at 5%, it increased gradually in the next two years before rising considerably between 2001 and 2005. Afterwards, the proportion climbed slightly from 30% to 40% by the end of the graph. Over the period shown, the ratio of Internet users in Mexico was the lowest.
In terms of the proportion in the USA, the rate of people who used the internet was the highest among the three countries, while reaching the same level with the Canada after three years. In addition, the percentage of Internet users in Canada was higher than in the USA and the year 2005 witnessed these population at the same level again. Albeit the proportion of Internet users in Canada and the USA kept going up for the next four years, the proportion in Canada was over the proportion in the USA.
