It is clear that the old town is replaced by the offices and a university, while the lands for domiciliary areas purpose vanished.
It can be seen from the maps depicts that the residential areas remained untouched in the west, the opposite was true of the derelict warehouse was replaced by a car park. In the center of the maps, the old town was vanished to make way for the mushrooming of several offices and a university.
Beginning of the 21st century witnessed the industrial areas being enlarged towards the south. Furthermore, there was the appearance of a cinema, in place of the art center. However, the period witnessed the school remaining unchanged. In addition, the replacement of the housing area with a shopping center towards the southwest.
