The maps : the plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now and how it will look after redevelopment.
The maps illustrate the alterations of the sport centre of the university in present and in the future. At first glance, it is evident that the most noticeable changes occurred for the replacement of the outdoor courts’ area.
To begin with the west part of the sport centre, there will be a new leisure pool to the west of the building in which it is able to be reached by passing by new sport shop and new changing room, which were located to the west of the entrance. In contrast, the middle part of the sport centre will remain unchanged in future plans, nevertheless, the gym will be extended into a larger size which connects to the east side of the building.
In accordance with the east of the building, Present to future will witness the development of changing room and new café which were located in the opposite of new sport hall. To the east of new sport hall, there will be two new dance studios that will be constructed specifically beside the gym.
