The layouts illustrate the proposed changes to an office building.
It can be clearly seen that the office building will be enlarged dramatically with the two glass areas being removed to give way to new facilities with an outdoor seating area, a meeting area, a coffee machine, and a set of chairs. In addition, the renovation will happen at the front and at the back of this building.
Turing to the West of the office building, an outdoor seating area and some chairs at the front are planned, replacing the grass area. The kitchen and the canteen which is currently located at the back of the building are planned to be destroyed to make way for the two offices. However, the storeroom next to these rooms will remain unchanged.
The eastern grass area is predicted to be cut down to make room for a coffee machine, a meeting area with chairs. The WCs situated next to the storeroom will be relocated to the top-right corner of the building. At present, visitors enter the building by the right entrance. However, it is planned to remove the center. The small four rooms at the front will be renovated into two big offices.
