Apparently, used glass jar go through a three-step-process before delivered to supermarket.
Stage one starts with thrown away jug are gathered in collection point, then transported. After that, they are washed in high-pressure water to get rid of dirt. When this steps finished, clean bottles then categorized into three subgroups, which is clear, green and brown. All groups will be transferred to glass factory, where they will culminate in pieces. Then comes the deliquescent via burned in furnace in a temperature ranging between 600 and 800 Celsius. This follows by mixing between recycled liquid glass and new liquid glass to create a mixture then poured in a mold to reconstruct the original shape of bottles.
Freshly-made jar enter stage three, when they will be bottled by companies like coca cola and finally are placed in supermarket’s shelves, ready for sale.
