Overall, the process consists of three stages, starting from the wasted bottles collected by the collectors to the selling process in the market.
At the first stage of the process, the bottles are gathered up and moved to a warehouse, before they are transported using a lorry box. After that, at the second phase of the recycling process, the bottles are sterilized by filling the high-water pressure, and then, they are sorted based on the colour which commonly no colour, green and brown. Following this, they are sent to the factory and crushing to the tiny pieces glass. Next, the pieces of glass moved to incineration with the heat 600 – 800 degree Celsius for the burning process. After that, a similar process applied to both recycle glass liquid and new glass liquid. The liquid is poured into the mould for the bottle shaping process. Lastly, at the last phase, the bottle filled with the beverages liquid and the company logos is stamped outside the bottles, before it is transported to the market to be sold to the consumers.
