The plans below show the layout of a university s sports centre now and how it will look after redevelopment summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The given pictures depict the current organization of a university's sports centre and the look it will assume after being revamped and remodelled.

Overall, despite apparently significant changes, the sports centre retains the basic elements of gym, changing room and reception, with the addition of a cafe, leisure pool, dance studios and sports hall.

Currently, there is a 25 m pool in the centre, with the changing room situated centre left and seating to the right. Likewise, reception is on the south side and protrudes from the block housing the 25 m pool. Similarly, there are two outdoor courts, one to the east and the other to the west of the sports' centre. While the outdoor courts are in separate buildings, 25 m pool, changing room, reception, seating and the gym are all in the same building.

University sports' centre will be altered considerably with the execution of proposed development plans. All the facilities of the sports' centre will be housed in the same roof. Where one of the outdoor court stands, there will be a leisure pool. The nucleus of the sports centre will remain intact with the enlargement and extension of gym to the east and the addition of sports hall adjacent to seating. Moreover, two dance studios will be built on the eastern edges while changing rooms will be constructed in the south east and south west corner with cafe and sports' shop nearby respectively.
