The maps illustrate some changes to a public park in 2 different years (1920, the present)
Overall, Grange Park has experienced considerable changes during the period shown. The main development are the construction of water feature and amphitheater for concerts.
As can be seen from the maps, the northwestern rose garden remained unchanged, while the northern, and southwestern ones are demolished to make way for a bigger garden surrounded by 4 seats in the central of park where there was a fountain in 1920. During the same period, Amphitheatre for concerts is built to replace stage for musicians.
Turning to other features, we can see that glasshouse are damaged and replaced by a water feature but bigger size. The north rose garden are replaced by cafes which is little close to a children's play area where the pond for water plants was built in 1920. At the present, there is a entrance underground car park which is not existed in the past.
